Admission offered in the academic year 2017 -2018

Adhiyaman Public School offers admissions to LKG to VIII subject to the availability of seats and eligibility.

Obtaining the Registration Form and Submission

Parents who wish to apply for admission may obtain the brochure and Registration Form on payment of Rs.500.

You can pay cash at the school office or send / submit demand draft drawn in favour of Adhiyaman Public School, payable at Uthangarai to School Office.

The duly completed Registration Form must be submitted in the School Office on or before the stipulated date with

  • Three passport size photographs and
  • A copy of Birth Certificate (Original to be produced for verification)

Additional documents to be produced by students seeking admission to class II and above.

  • Original Transfer Certificate
  • Parents - attested copy of last school Progress Report / Report Card.

Admission Test and Interaction

Admission to Adhiyaman Public School is through an interaction. If required, admission test will be conducted at school campus and the date and time will be intimated to parents.

Admission Lists

The outcome of the admission tests and interaction will be conveyed to the parents by School Office. The names of the selected students will also be displayed in the school office. The decision of the School Admission Committee will be final and binding and no further interaction will be entertained.

Confirmation of Admission

Confirmation of Admission On receipt of offer of admission, parents have to pay the fees within the stipulated date. The original documents should also be submitted.


Only vegetarian food will be served in the hostel.

Residential Students

Residential students are required to submit the following additional documents.

  • Fitness Certificate
  • Medical History
  • Blood Group Report
  • Undertaking and Agreement signed by parents
