GRAND PROCESSION LIGHTS UP SWAMI VIVEKANANDA JAYANTHI
On the 12th of January the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda was celebrated with a grand procession by the students of Adhiyaman Public and Adhiyaman Matric Schools in Uthangarai. The atmosphere was festive and bright with traditional music and drum beats energizing both the children and the bystanders alike.
Kindergarten students welcome Santa in spectacular Christmas celebration
It was a festive scene of joy and happiness as students of the kindergarten wing of Adhiyaman public school celebrated Christmas on 23rd December 2022.
Role play, dancing, and acting out scenes were enjoyed by all the students and staff. The highlight of the event was a special appearance from Santa Claus who passed out presents to all the children. For many students, it was their first experience of meeting Santa Claus and seeing the delight in their faces was truly a wonderful thing.

62 Medals bagged in skating competition
Dharmapuri : Adhiyaman public school students win district level skating competition with 62 medal in four categories. In a district level competition held in dharmapuri hundreds of students participated in sukam multi indoor stadium in dharmapuri. The students who participated in the under 8 category. Under 10 category, under 12 category and under 14 category won 25 gold medals, 19 silver medals and 18 bronze medals. Chairman Dr.S Thirumal Murugan congratulated the students.
Adhiyaman Public School Speeding on Skates to International Book of Records
UTHANGARAI: In awe inspiring two hours non – stop Skating feat, the Skaters of Adhiyaman Public School, Uthangarai Skated themselves into the International Book of Records. The team consisted of 34 Skaters of different age categories and all of them put up an excellent show at the Skating event held in the School on Thursday 14th November 2019. Scores of people watched dazed as the Skaters rolled on the wheels into the International Book of Records. All the competitors showcased their unique talent and inspired all the onlookers to go one step further. K.M. Anish of Class 9 won the event and S. Manish Kumar of Class 8 turned out to be the runner up. The Skating feat proved that everyone, everywhere can make a record!
Adhiyaman Public School Celebrates Children’s Day With Fervor!
14 November 2019 was a day dedicated to the young learners of Adhiyaman Public School, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri. With great happiness and enthusiasm, children took charge of the day. Cultural dance forms, dramas, mimes, speeches, group songs, martial arts, Yoga etc… were highlights of the day. In order to encourage students in every field, Skating competitions were also held.
Children were reminded of the significance of Indian tradition through different cultural dance forms like Bharatanatiyam, folk dance, fan dance etc. Yoga demo performed by children reminded everyone of the need to be fit and healthy. The dramas and mimes enacted by children raised the spirits as well as a good laugh. Children were reminded to be happy and keep smiling.
The speeches given by the children made the growing citizens to think also about the future. The group and solo songs given by the children mesmerized the audience. Skating competition for entry into the International Book of Records was conducted from 03.00 to 05.00 pm & it increased the sportsmanship of young hearts. The Participants and the winners were awarded. The day was a tribute to all the children who went back to their homes contentedly.
Adhiyaman Public School Celebrates Rashtriya Ekta Diwas
Gaiety marked the celebration of National Unity Day, the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhai Patel at Adhiyaman Public School, Malligai Nagar, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri. The School organized this programme on 31st October 2019 in order to extend its heartfelt appreciation about the life and involvement of Sardar Patel during India’s Freedom struggle and later during the integration of all princely states into the Indian Union. Inspiring songs, Speeches, Essay writing and debate competitions were held on the themes of National Integration. All the students took the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Pledge. The idea was to infuse in the young future generation with values integrated with the Knowledge and adoration about country’s rich heritage.

Teachers Day Celebrations 2022
Teachers’ Day was celebrated at Adhiyaman Public School, Uthangarai on 5th September 2022 with great enthusiasm. A variety programme was organized. The programme was led off with a prayer song sung by the school choir followed by an innovative inauguration where teachers and students offered floral tributes to the portrait of Dr. S. Radhakrishnan. The students gave the audience an insight into the life and work of Dr. Radhakrishnan through speeches and a quiz programme. The cultural programme included bharatanatyam, western dance, musical performance and skit. Games were conducted for teachers and prizes were distributed to the winners soon after the games were concluded. The day’s programme also saw the students from class 6 to 10 stepping into the role of teachers. Dr.S.Thirumal Murugan recalled the contribution of the teachers and exhorted the students to imbibe moral values so as to mould themselves into better individuals. Overall it was an eventful day and the teachers and the students actively took part in the day’s activities.
